Any organization that collects, uses or discloses “personal information” as that term is defined in the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and/or the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act, is required to implement practices and policies to ensure compliance with the requirements of this legislation. Tedestra will protect the information provided by and collected from you in connection with this Web site. Tedestra does not automatically obtain personal information. Tedestra does not use cookies to track user activity.

Tedestra will carefully monitor all changes to the privacy legislation and its interpretation by the Courts or the Privacy Commissioner, to ensure strict compliance.

Requests for access, or that a correction be made to your personal information, or a request to remove your personal information from Tedestra’s file, must be made in writing to Tedestra with sufficient detail to enable Tedestra to take the appropriate action in a timely manner.
